Her background also includes a decade as a senior administrative assistant at a major global entertainment company, giving her a strong foundation in organization, communication, and high-level support.
Deirdre brings a rare blend of technical precision, practical judgment, and proactive case support. She has supported attorneys across multiple practice areas — including probate, estate planning, trust litigation, personal injury, and civil litigation - delivering high-quality work that is accurate, timely, and strategically aligned with each case.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Engagement & Minimum Hours
We begin by signing a simple engagement agreement outlining scope, rates, and expectations. We require a minimum of 5 billable hours per week, which ensures consistent progress on your matters and availability when you need support. More hours are always available, but 5 per week is the baseline commitment.
2. System Access & Communication Setup
Most firms provide access to their case management system and create a firm email address for their paralegal, so all communication with clients, opposing counsel, and vendors stays within your firm’s structure. If you don’t currently use these tools within your firm, we can establish secure and efficient workarounds.
3. Task Assignment
You assign work however it’s easiest for you — email, chat, phone, or directly within your case management system. We can collaborate through whatever workflow best integrates with your existing practice.
4. Seamless Integration
Working with Hamilton Paralegal Services operates just like having an in-house paralegal, without the overhead of office space, payroll taxes, or employee benefits. You gain senior-level support that adapts to your firm, not the other way around.
5. Flexible Support Models
Some attorneys have us manage cases from inception through resolution; others delegate one-off assignments. Our role is tailored to your workload, practice style, and case mix.
6. Billing & Payment
We track time in 0.1 hour increments and provide a detailed ledger with invoices every second Friday. Payment is due the following Friday. Accepted payment methods include ACH, Zelle, and Venmo. Credit cards are also accepted with a 3.5% processing fee.
